STUDYING THE DATA

We saw that clients were making large orders in a way that the company's existing tool did not satisfy.

The Bulk Mail tool would allow users to properly handle these orders, complete with a dashboard-style layout, helping to accommodate features like a Quickbooks integration and an Address Book.

The initial interaction is like a mini-tutorial, getting you going right away on creating an order.

RESULTS

Orders placed through the bulk mail tool are, on average, 3x more valuable than orders starting from the company's original home page flow, the product discussed in my other case study. The product has set up the business to expand, providing a platform for new features and sales strategies.
